Corporate Support

The Drop-In Bereavement Centre relies heavily on the support of individuals, organisations and companies to fundraise and/or support us by gifting thier time; you can help by asking your organisation, company, department or colleagues to support the running costs of the Drop-In Bereavement Centre. Many companies now ask staff to nominate a charity for their ‘Charity of the Year’.  Often it can be difficult to identify a cause that everyone wants to support, but most people agree wholeheartedly with the importance of a support service for bereaved persons, which at some time will affect everyone.

Please nominate The Drop-In Bereavement Centre and help us to do that. It is a great way for all employees to get involved, have fun together, whilst possibly making them more aware and comfortable dealing with bereavement issues. We can help your company achieve its philanthropic goals and make a difference in the community.

“Giving Back”

Many companies now support local charities by offering thier employees a paid volunteering day to participate in a team community involment event that support others. It might be giving the charitys premises a fresh coat of paint, doing small repairs or tidying up the garden.
